ABOUT
// THE PROJECT
Strength standards online are mostly garbage β built on tiny samples, outdated tables, or wishful thinking.
This is a living dataset. Real people, real lifts, real numbers. Sort by your weight, age, gender, even your city. See where you actually stand.
No accounts. Your email is your key β submit, update, and track over time. That's it.
