INSIDE

// EVERYTHING ON THE SITE
01

Submit Your Lifts

Enter your bodyweight, age, city, and your one-rep maxes for squat, bench, and deadlift. Use a name or your Instagram handle. Takes about 30 seconds.

02

The Leaderboard

Ranked submissions filtered by weight class, age, gender, and city. Toggle between community lifters, competition meet data, or both β€” see how you stack up against gym lifters and elite powerlifters.

03

Strength Standards

Reference tables showing where each lift falls on the Beginner β†’ Novice β†’ Intermediate β†’ Advanced β†’ Elite scale. Lookup by bodyweight and gender. Useful even if you never submit.

04

Track Your Progress

Submit again any time using the same email β€” no account needed. Pull up your full history with one input and see all four lifts charted month by month.

05

Prove It Voting

Think someone's numbers are too good to be true? Hit the "Prove It" button on their leaderboard tile. The community's most-challenged lifters get featured in the newsletter and asked to drop video proof.

06

The "No Cap" Stamp

Lifters who back up their numbers with video earn a permanent "NO CAP βœ“" stamp on their tile. Once you've got it, you can't be challenged again β€” you've earned your spot.

STRENGTH
STANDARDS

// REFERENCE TABLES

These are reference 1RM thresholds by bodyweight, drawn from established strength-standards literature. Use them to gauge your training level: Beginner (3-9 months), Novice (1-2 yrs), Intermediate (2-5 yrs), Advanced (5+ yrs), Elite (top ~1%).

Bodyweight (lbs) Beginner Novice Intermediate Advanced Elite

All values in pounds. Standards are estimates derived from population data of trained lifters. Individual variation is significant β€” these are guidelines, not destiny.

ABOUT

// THE PROJECT

Strength standards online are mostly garbage β€” built on tiny samples, outdated tables, or wishful thinking.

This is a living dataset. Real people, real lifts, real numbers. Sort by your weight, age, gender, even your city. See where you actually stand.

No accounts. Your email is your key β€” submit, update, and track over time. That's it.
